We offer a unique co-housing concept. People from various companies live together in one house, sharing the kitchen and bathroom. It's like a student dorm, but then for expats who look for a calm and quiet place to live.

All our residences follow the same structure in rooms and services. We focus on a slick and modern design, clean and affordable rooms.
​
We offer basic rooms, comfort rooms and premium rooms. Rooms have lots of light, follow a slick and modern design and provide with a large bed (90x200), a night stand, large desk to work on, comfortable closet and hangers for your clothes. Premium rooms have a king size bed (180x200) and have a television, comfy couch and extra storage capacity.

Our kitchens have gas or electric cooking plates, a large fridge/freezer, microwave and/or oven.

Bathrooms have a walk-in shower, and we provide in most locations a laundry machine as well.

There is always a garden, where we provide you with a nice picnic table ... some place to relax when you come home from a long day work. Or where you can work from home.
